Friends and family, please join us on Friday, November 8th, 2024 in celebrating our wedding at The Palms at Rose Hall while staying at Jewel Grande Montego Bay All Inclusive Resort.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Vibe Thrive Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort. We ask that you book your stay directly from this site

In order to take advantage of the room block pricing, all guests must have their reservations made by May 1st, 2024 and paid in full by May 15th, 2024.

We are currently holding rooms from November 3rd - November 10th, 2024. You are able to book any dates you would like. If we are not holding all of the nights to fulfil you reservation, our travel agent will reach out to the resort. The resort requires a 3 night minimum stay.

Airport/Transportation: You will fly into MBJ (Sangster International Airport) in Montego Bay, Jamaica. When you make your reservation, you will see the option to add transfers. You will be provided all the details for your transportation before travel. Our travel agent will request your flight details closer to travel.

Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

Price Matching

Please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

Price Matching Details:

Room only rates in USD must be publicly available (membership clubs excluded) to be considered by the resort for a price match.

Websites must be US Based.

Vacation package rates which include airfare, airport transfers and/or travel protection cannot be price matched.

Advanced Payment rates (full payment is due at the time of reservation and are usually non-refundable/non-changeable) cannot be price matched. All price matches are subject to approval by the resort. Vibe Thrive Travel cannot guarantee a price match request will be approved by the resort.

FAQ's

How many days should I arrive before the wedding?
-We'd love for you to think of this as your vacation with our wedding in between! Please arrive at least 1 day before the wedding so that you may attend any welcome events.

May I setup a payment plan?
-You will receive a payment link once your reservation is made and you will be able to make payments at anytime.

Can you help me arrange transportation to/from the airport and resort?
-Yes, when you make your reservation using the booking form, you will see the option to add on transportation. We will need your flight information 60 days before travel.

What is the cancellation policy?
-Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip.

Important Travel Information:

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
