To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with Vibe Thrive Travel, a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
There are 3 resorts connected: El Dorado Royale, El Dorado Casitas and Generations. Generations is the family friendly resort and adults staying here may enjoy the adults only El Dorado resorts.
We ask that you book your room(s) directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.
To take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guest must have their reservations for the hotel made and paid in full by November 1st, 2024.
We are currently holding rooms from March 5th - 11th, 2025; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request this for you).

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm. Guests arriving earlier than 3pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready (have your bathing suit ready!). The resort requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is at 12pm.

Important Travel Information:
- Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here.
- Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
