Please join us on November 8, 2024 in celebrating our wedding at El Dorado Royale All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico!
Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience where all your meals and drinks are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with Calli Woodell at Vibe Thrive Travel, a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your room(s) directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.
To take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guest must have their reservations for the hotel made by February 9th, 2024 and paid in full by July 15th, 2024.
We are currently holding rooms from November 5th-November 12th, 2024; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room that you would like to select, our travel agent will request it be added to our group).
You can also use this site to book your transportation to and from the resort/airport, as well as book off-resort excursions. All flights should be purchased separately with your airline of choice.
*IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you don't have a passport and would like to go, apply for one ASAP as it is taking a lot longer to get them. Generally, airlines require that your passport cannot expire within 6 months of travel so renew if you need!

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. Bring your bathing suit in your carry on/backpack! The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is at 12pm.

Important Travel Information:
- Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here.
- Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
