Please join us July 5th, 2025 to celebrate our wedding at Huracan Cafe while vacationing with us at Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort in the Dominican Republic!

Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience in Punta Cana where all your meals and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Vibe Thrive Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.

In order to book within the group and RSVP for the wedding, all guest must have their reservations for the hotel made by March 1st, 2025 and paid in full by March 15th, 2025.

We are currently holding most rooms from July 2nd - July 9th, 2025; however, you may book any dates that you wish through this website.

You can also use this site to book your transportation to and from the resort/airport. All flights should be purchased separately with your airline of choice.

Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort Spa & Casino is a hotel located in the exclusive area of Playa Bávaro , in the Dominican Republic. Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm. Guests arriving earlier than 3pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

*If arriving earlier than your check-in time, pack a bathing suit and beach clothes in your carry on so you can start enjoying the resort right away!

Please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

Price Matching Details:

Room only rates in USD must be publicly available (membership clubs excluded) to be considered by the resort for a price match.

Websites must be US Based.

Vacation package rates which include airfare, airport transfers and/or travel protection cannot be price matched.

Advanced Payment rates (full payment is due at the time of reservation and are usually non-refundable/non-changeable) cannot be price matched. All price matches are subject to approval by the resort. Vibe Thrive Travel cannot guarantee a price match request will be approved by the resort.

FAQ's

How many days should I arrive before the wedding?
We'd love for you to think of this as your vacation with our wedding in between! Please arrive at least 1 day before the wedding so that you can attend the welcome party.
What is the max occupancy per room?
The rooms allow for a max of 3 adults.
May I setup a payment plan?
You will receive a reservation number once your reservation is made and you will be able to make payments at anytime.

What is the cancellation policy?
Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip.

May you help me arrange transportation to/from the airport and the resort?
Yes, when you make your reservation using the booking form, you will see the option to add on transportation. We will need your flight information 60 days before travel.
May you help me book air travel?
We are unable to book air travel but suggest using google flights to track the best prices. Please reach out for any questions if you need assistance.
May I use USD to tip?
Absolutely! The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers a few bucks if you are experiencing good service.

Important Travel Information:

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
