We're getting married!

Please join us on Friday, October 24th, 2025 in celebration of our wedding at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All-Inclusive Resort!

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.

In order to take advantage of the room block pricing, all guests must have their initial reservations and deposit made by June 1st and paid in full by July 15th, 2025.

We are currently holding rooms from October 22nd-26th, 2025. You are able to book any dates you would like and if we are not holding all of the nights to fulfill you reservation, our travel agent will reach out to the resort. The resort requires a 3 night minimum stay.

Airport/Transportation: You will fly into CUN (Cancun Airport). When you make your reservation, you will see the option to add transfers. You will be provided with all of the details for your transportation before travel!

Family Suite King

The main bedroom has a King bed, a full bathroom with tub and luxury amenities. The suite was designed to enjoy memorable family gatherings with a dining room for four people, a second beautiful terrace, seating area with 55" TV, coffee maker, premium mini bar, sofa bed, as well as an additional full bathroom with shower for greater privacy. For total relaxation we also offer Spa, sauna and jacuzzi free access for over 18.

Two Bedroom Master Suite

This wonderful Master Suite has three private terraces, one of them with an outdoor Jacuzzi. The family room is equipped with a sofa bed, dining room for four people and two full bathrooms. To complement the luxury experience, this suite includes special amenities and services such as bathrobes, slippers, a premium minibar, a bottle of sparkling wine, free entry to the wet areas of the SPA, and 15% discount on special dinners and a wine list.

Excursions

From horseback riding, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer. It’s best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.

You can plan to make the most of your trip by pre-purchasing any excursions you want to do so that when you arrive for your vacation, you wont have to worry about what tours are already sold out.

FAQ's

How many days should I arrive before the wedding?
-We'd love for you to think of this as your vacation with our wedding in between! Please arrive at least 1 day before the wedding so that you may attend any welcome events.

May I setup a payment plan?
-You will receive a payment link once your reservation is made and you will be able to make payments at anytime.

Can you help me arrange transportation to/from the airport and resort?
-Yes, when you make your reservation using the booking form, you will see the option to add on transportation. We will need your flight information 60 days before travel.

What is the cancellation policy?
-Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip.

May I use USD in Mexico?
-Absolutely! The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers a few bucks if you are experiencing good service.

Important Travel Information:

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
