Please join us on November 18, 2023 in celebrating our wedding at The Fives Beach Resort in Mexico!

Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience where all your meals, and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Vibe Thrive Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.

In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guest must have their reservations for the hotel made and paid by June 1, 2023.

We are currently holding rooms from November 15 - 22, 2023; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Airport/Transportation: You will fly into CUN (Cancun Airport). When you make your reservation, you will see the option to add transfers. You will be provided all the details for your transportation before travel.

*Please note, hotel checkout is 12pm so beware of this when booking flights!

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 12pm.

Deluxe Room

This 527 square-foot room features a contemporary coastal style, a large balcony or terrace

with scenic garden views, smart TV, and either two double beds or a king size bed.

The bathroom features frosted glass doors, square sinks and ample closet space.

One Bedroom Resort Residence

This 710 square-foot suite has modern décor, art lamps, sculptures, and large paintings on the walls.

The bedroom has a king size bed with wooden sliding doors that open to a separate living room with a double sofa bed.

This luxury suite also features a full kitchen with granite countertops, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and a dining table.

Price Matching

Please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

Price Matching Details:

Room only rates in USD must be publicly available (membership clubs excluded) to be considered by the resort for a price match.

Websites must be US Based.

Vacation package rates which include airfare, airport transfers and/or travel protection cannot be price matched.

Advanced Payment rates (full payment is due at the time of reservation and are usually non-refundable/non-changeable) cannot be price matched. All price matches are subject to approval by the resort. Vibe Thrive Travel cannot guarantee a price match request will be approved by the resort.

Excursions

From horseback riding, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer. It's best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.

You can plan to make the most of your trip by pre-purchasing any excursions you want to do so that when you arrive for your vacation, you wont have to worry about what tours are already sold out.

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
