We are getting married on February 10th, 2024 at Iberostar Grand Paraíso All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico and would love to have you join us!

Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience where all your meals and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Vibe Thrive Travel. With their help, we have secured special rates for a variety of rooms, which you can book directly from this site!

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group will incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.

In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made and paid by October 31st, 2023 (Halloween!).

We are currently holding rooms from February 7 - February 14th, 2024 ; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our Travel Agent will request it be added to our group).

Passport: If your Passport is already expired, or, is set to expire within 6 months of February 2024, please renew your passport.

Ground Transportation: Laur & Kerryann will be taking care of your round trip transportation to and from the airport/resort so please do not worry about the cost of transportation. You will just need to send your flight information to our TA. She will send out emails requesting this information.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

Price Matching

Please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

Price Matching Details:

Room only rates in USD must be publicly available (membership clubs excluded) to be considered by the resort for a price match.

Websites must be US Based.

Vacation package rates which include airfare, airport transfers and/or travel protection cannot be price matched.

Advanced Payment rates (full payment is due at the time of reservation and are usually non-refundable/non-changeable) cannot be price matched. All price matches are subject to approval by the resort. Vibe Thrive Travel cannot guarantee a price match request will be approved by the resort.

Step By Step Reservation Guide

Please review the following steps for questions on how to book a reservation:

Pick your dates (3 night minimum stay)
Choose the number of guests
Choose your room. You can click different rooms to check their pricing before requesting your reservation
Click "Request a Reservation"
Enter in your name that is shown on your passport, DOB and an email. Please make sure you check spam or promotions if you do not receive any emails.
Choose 'no transfers' as the couple will be covering all transfer costs for all attendees!
Pick your insurance option: No Insurance, Travel Credit, Cash Back. Insurance details here
Review and confirm the cancellation policy
Enter in your credit card which is sent to a secured reservation system. Your credit card is not charged until we confirm your reservation. We do not keep credit cards on file once we process your deposit.
Enter in any special requests (ex. double beds)
Acknowledge the CDC Travel Requirements. Currently there are no requirements for travel but this is to make you aware they can make changes.

Excursions

From horseback riding, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer. It's best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.

You can plan to make the most of your trip by pre-purchasing any excursions you want to do so that when you arrive for your vacation, you wont have to worry about what tours are already sold out.

Important Travel Information:

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
