and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and TRS Coral in Mexico on November 9th, 2024!

Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience where all of your meals and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.

There are 2 sections of Grand Palladium. TRS Coral is the adults only resort and Grand Palladium is the family friendly resort. Adults staying at Grand Palladium are unable to go to TRS Coral unless they purchase a day pass (subject to availability). Adults staying at TRS Coral have free flow access to Grand Palladium.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Vibe Thrive Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

In order to book within the group and RSVP for the wedding, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made by July 15th, 2024 and paid in full by July 31st, 2024.

We are currently holding rooms from November 6th - November 11th, 2024; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request your room / dates of choice to be added to our room block).

You can also use this site to book your transportation to and from the resort/airport, as well as book off-resort excursions. All flights should be purchased separately with your airline of choice.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. (Pack a bathing suit in your carry on!) The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 12pm.

FAQ's

May I setup a payment plan?
-You will receive a payment link once your reservation is made and you will be able to make payments at anytime.

Can you help me arrange transportation to/from the airport and resort?
-Yes, when you make your reservation using the booking form, you will see the option to add on transportation. We will need your flight information 60 days before travel.

What is the cancellation policy?
-Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip.

May I use USD in Mexico?
-Absolutely! The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers a few bucks if you are experiencing good service.

Price Matching

Please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

Price Matching Details:

Room only rates in USD must be publicly available (membership clubs excluded) to be considered by the resort for a price match.

Websites must be US Based.

Vacation package rates which include airfare, airport transfers and/or travel protection cannot be price matched.

Advanced Payment rates (full payment is due at the time of reservation and are usually non-refundable/non-changeable) cannot be price matched. All price matches are subject to approval by the resort. Vibe Thrive Travel cannot guarantee a price match request will be approved by the resort.

How many days should I arrive before the wedding?
-We'd love for you to think of this as your vacation with our wedding in between! Please arrive at least 1 day before the wedding so that you may attend any welcome events.

Are children invited?
-We want you to look at this as your vacation so your children are absolutely able to travel with you. Our wedding events will be adults only and only children from our immediate family will be invited to these events.
